摘要:
采用随机对照的实验研究探讨团体正念训练对大学生学业倦怠的干预效果。招募存在学业倦怠的大学生随机分成2组,其中干预组参加持续2周每天1次30分钟的团体正念训练; 对照组不施加任何干预。结果显示,正念训练组被试在情绪低落和成就感低两个维度的得分均显著低于干预前(P<0.05); 正念训练组成就感低维度得分及总分的前后比值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。团体正念训练可减轻大学生的学业倦怠,不失为一种较好的可推广的能促进大学生学习的重要心理干预手段。
